Position Requirements: Active, unencumbered license in SC Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable) Job Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) • Float to other like kind units or related specialties within scope and skillset • Work every other weekend rotation as required • Work holiday rotation as required • Collaborate with manager to arrange shifts that meet unit needs • Maintain valid nursing license through Nursys • Complete required drug screening (minimum 10-panel test) • Pass color-blind testing requirements • Complete basic pharmacology and specialty examinations • Maintain current immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and Tdap • Complete annual TB questionnaire and testing requirements • Pass fit testing requirements • Complete core competencies examination • Demonstrate skills through required skills checklist • Participate in building per diem pool coverage • Complete all onboarding education and compliance requirements • Maintain professional references and employment verification • Complete criminal background check and verification processes What is our culture?
