Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Lexington, KY, for a Fully Licensed Clinical Counselor or Social Worker. The successful candidate will provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, using a trauma-informed approach. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial evaluations, developing treatment plans, engaging in case management, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and participating in team consultations and training to enhance professional skills. Qualifications Expertise in Counseling and Family Therapy, with experience in providing individual, group, and family support Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health principles, including knowledge of trauma-informed care practices Proficient in Case Management, including developing treatment plans and coordinating care Active licensure as a Clinical Counselor or Social Worker in Kentucky (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience working with diverse populations in an inclusive environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in practice Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field required
