A Day in the Life: What You?ll Do (Part-Time) As a DSP, you empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives. Your responsibilities may include: Empowerment & Personal Care: Assisting with ADLs such as hygiene, grooming, and meals Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Following support plans, providing encouragement, and assisting with de-escalation Community Integration: Supporting with appointments, hobbies, and community-based activities or jobs Health & Wellness: Helping with mobility, medication administration, and preparing simple, nutritious meals Qualifications We hire for heart and train for skill. No experience required.
