Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about enhancing
plant growth and maintaining beautiful landscapes, this opportunity
is for You! Job Responsibilities: Apply fertilizers and chemicals
to grass areas to enhance plant growth and control weeds and pests.
Set-up and operate hand and power equipment; perform minor
equipment repairs and send out for service. Maintain accurate
records on chemical applications, inventory and Material Safety
Data Sheets (MSDS). Schedule and coordinate pest control activities
and respond to issues as they arise. Purchase and store pesticide
solutions correctly; mix, dilute and apply chemicals according to
manufacturer's directions. Instruct team members, as required, in
applying sprays and other materials. Inspect outdoor areas and
recommend necessary treatments. Job Qualifications: Knowledge of
chemical application regulations and techniques. 2 years of
herbicide application experience; 1-3 years lawn maintenance
experience. Understanding of turf pests and common weeds. S Ability
to work some weekends, evenings, and in inclement weather, when
needed. Must be able to lift to 80 pounds, stand, walk, stoop,
bend, kneel, reach overhead. Pre-employment drug screen, background
check, and valid Driver's License required. What We Offer You:
Hourly pay rate of $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience Individual
