THE CHALLENGES AHEAD...

We are seeking a key CATIA A&D Sales Representative, who will generate, identify and close CATIA business opportunities in assigned territory to increase the 3DS footprint in the Design & Engineering Domain.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE*

* Drive new CATIA business by engaging in a Top-Down and Bottom-Up approach within assigned vertical

* Build sustainable relationships with Customer s Champions to facilitate access to Customer s Executive levels

* Establish credibility with departmental stakeholders by demonstrating the value of CATIA within an Industry and/or Discipline through the mastery of relevant CATIA Business Value Models

* Generate growth in areas of strategic priority according to CATIA Top Sales Initiates

* Facilitate ancillary 3DS business with potential for synergy with CATIA sales by involving relevant stakeholders from the 3DS ecosystem

* Cultivate and nurture relationships externally (customers, partners) and internally (Sales, Services, R&D ) to facilitate the closing of CATIA business

* Transform Marketing and Sales (based on DS Referential LEVERAGE process) leads into Opportunities

* Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives

* Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes to achieve revenue plan

* Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business

* Provide an accurate forecast for 5 (BT channel) or 4 (VS channel) rolling quarters and FY

* Identify best practices based on Lessons Learned (including RCA, Analytics, Loss reviews)

* Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for CATIA in assigned vertical

YOUR KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

* Bachelor s degree in engineering or other technology related field (MBA a plus)

* 8+ years of successful work experience in a sales role carrying a quota

* Ability to adopt a consultative approach to customer engagements

* Effective communication and public speaking

* Ability to manage ecosystems and motivate stakeholders to take desired actions

* Ability to maximize sales value through convincing rationale

* Ability to follow an Enterprise Sales Process and Tools Building Customer Value Roadmaps and account/territory strategy

* Strong Powerpoint, Excel and other MS Office Suite Tools

* Knowledge of 3DS and CATIA preferred

* 1+ years of successful technical work experience in a technical role preferred

* Work experience in a global consulting role is a plus.
