following job description: Responsible for providing support for
Treasury Solutions sales performance, strategy, execution,
operating and risk functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operate as a resource for Sales Officers with assigned
responsibility for specific subject matter needs that may encompass
any range of solutions across the Cash Management/Treasury
Management, Commercial Deposits, Retail Payments, International
Services and Payroll Services business units. 2. Work closely with
Treasury Solutions teammates and Line of Business partners to
provide analytic, presentation preparation and other support 3.
Participate in individual and joint sales calls with Treasury
Management Sales Officers to identify needs and establish and
demonstrate TRUIST’s value proposition as part of the sale and
implementation of integrated payments solutions. 4. Interact in the
sales process to cover all steps of client or prospect
qualification, situation analysis, solution presentation, issue
resolution, close and implementation including: technical
evaluation of client’s environment or situation, product
demonstration, positioning of solutions against competitor
offerings, resolution of technical objections, close of technical
sale, implementation support and follow-up to ensure demonstration
of value proposition conveyed during the sales process. 5. Manage
sales disciplines including pre-call planning, pipeline review &
management, Salesforce opportunity inputs & tracking, and other
various sales support tools with some oversight from more
experienced Analysts and Associates 6. Assist with business
development by supporting new product development, existing product
optimization, pricing and proposal efforts or other initiatives
specific to their group. Contribute proactively as well as
reactively 7. Interact regularly with Product Management to
identify and consult on product for feedback and product ideas. 8.
Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and support
business development efforts. 9. Gather information on competitors
and summarize findings for the team. 10. Assist with the
preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and product materials.
11. Prepare simple reports to track product usage, sales pipeline,
and client feedback QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The
