Handle client objections and negotiate contracts to a successful close. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to articulate complex and innovative solutions to customer needs Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Salesforce certification is a plus Professional Selling Skills (PSS) certificate is desirable
