Job Description Job Description Overview This position requires
travel between our Greenville, Spartanburg, and Columbia locations.
The Multi-Site Branch Manager is accountable for the overall
management and performance of multiple locations. The multi-site
Branch Manager must manage all aspects of branch sales and service
delivery to meet and exceed financial targets (sales, fees, gross
profit, and contribution). Responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with key clients and business leaders in the
community as well as local, regional and Corporate management while
maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer
satisfaction. The Multi-Site Branch Manager plays a critical role
in achieving sustainable growth across their region.
Responsibilities Administration/Finance - Managing Quality
Management System initiatives; proactively identifying and
assessing potential risks and costs associated with workers'
compensation, unemployment compensation, extended payment terms,
and bad debt. Analyzing monthly financial statements for branch and
implementing strategies to increase profitability; managing
operating expenses (profit and loss (P&L) responsibility) to
maximize contribution; developing and executing branch's annual
business plan. Service Management – Monitoring to ensure that every
client is served Monitoring to provide exemplary service to every
client to optimize utilization. Maintaining strong and positive
relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
Manages on-call as needed. Sales and Marketing – Drive new and
organic business growth across all markets to achieve aggressive
national growth objectives by actively participating in strategic
planning and territory analysis; build and maintain collaborative
relationships with sales, operational, and clinical leaders to
implement effective marketing strategies; continually monitor key
metrics, milestones, and benchmarks to support an evolving market
entry strategy; maintain thorough documentation of all marketing
activities; and collaborate cross-functionally with internal
departments to advance business development opportunities.
Participates in personal care sales procedures that support our
strategy, maintaining a thorough understanding of personal care
service and product offerings, capitalizing on
labor/business/community issues to grow market share. Develops and
implements actions to meet sales targets including appropriate mix
of services; leading branch participation in industry sales
programs or contests; maintaining awareness of current best
practices within the industry. Collaborate with other departments
within the company as necessary to advance business development
opportunities Active Participation in strategic planning and the
analysis for assigned territory in conjunction with the business
plan. Talent and Performance Management - Selecting, training, and
developing staff; monitoring and supervising staff performance
including setting expectations, coaching, and recognizing
achievements, demonstrating positive leadership, and cultivating
Cares and Legacy initiatives. Monitoring and coaching the service
team to ensure effective unemployment and workers' compensation
claim management. Qualifications 1 years of supervisory experience
required. 3 years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare
or related setting preferred Experience in managing systems,
processes, and people. BS Degree preferred (business, nursing,
social services, or related field of study) but not required with
equivalent experience. Demonstrated track record in building new
book of business, client relationship management, and/or evidence
of closing and growing accounts preferred. Must have proven at
least 3 years of sales performance with a record of achievement and
exceeding growth expectations. Ability to effectively communicate
verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and
external Desire and ability to expand and build business
relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client
and employee issues. Ability to work flexible hours and after hours
as needed to support business needs. Percent of travel 50-75%
