Representative : Manage builder relationships, estimate/pricing for
new construction HVAC installs; drive satisfaction through
communication. RNC Sales Manager : Lead regional sales strategies,
oversee accounts, and align with operations for seamless delivery.
Estimator : Develop accurate cost estimates, material lists, and
layouts; collaborate with teams for profitable projects. HVAC
Technician : Install, service, and maintain systems to code; focus
on quality troubleshooting and customer interactions. Field
Supervisor : Oversee crews for timely installs, provide training,
and ensure safety/compliance. Qualifications (All Roles) Relevant
experience: 3 years for tech/sales roles; 5 for
supervisory/estimating Strong HVAC knowledge (residential systems,
NC codes), communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's
license; clean record North Carolina H3-I or H3-II license strongly
