Key Responsibilities

Prepare Proposals & Presentations: Develop competitive proposals,
bids, and customized presentations tailored to client needs.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-tier service by
customizing staffing solutions based on client requirements.
Establish New Client Accounts: Onboard and grow new accounts,
fostering strong client partnerships.
Participate in Networking: Actively engage in networking events and
professional organizations to build connections and expand business
opportunities.
Utilize CRM Software: Maintain accurate records of sales calls and
client interactions in our CRM system.
Develop Profitable Partnerships: Conduct face-to-face meetings with
clients to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
Achieve Sales Targets: Persuasively sell services to
decision-makers, confidently meeting or exceeding revenue and
profit goals.
