The Division Sales Support Specialist will serve as a liaison between the Division's National Sales Team and various internal departments, including Strategic Account Managers, Emerging Market Specialists, Regional Account Managers, National Account Managers, District Managers, Area Vice Presidents, Accounts Receivable, Customer Experience, and Operations. The role's primary objective is to coordinate non-customer-facing sales activities to support the South Division's National Accounts team in achieving their targets.

  • Coordinate activities to implement new customers and grow existing customer sites located in the South Division. Act as point of contact for activities related to account implementation plans and measure progress and growth against the target(s).
  • Act as a single administrative point contact for "order to cash" requests related to National Accounts within the Division's four regions.
  • Assist with price management activities (i.e. price verification, confirmation of fee obtainment, etc) to ensure adequate cost recovery and margin attainment.
  • Report National Account participation and growth opportunities with local Account Managers to support sales and implementation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Business Support Center (BSC) and the Strategic Accounts Business Management teams to support National and Cross Business Unit (XBU) accounts.
  • Support the execution of XBU account portfolio management to aid in maximizing volume opportunity within the account portfolio owned by the South Division.
  • Support the department with coordinating site surveys, audit coordination and/or open issues that require closure for National Accounts located in the South Division.
  • Coordinate with appropriate individuals to resolve customer issues and escalations with a sense of urgency to contribute towards achieving timely resolution.
  • Maintain and organize documents related to National Accounts in the Team Shared Drives.
  • Support and promote the adoption of eBusiness platform initiatives within National Accounts.

    Required Education:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Additional post high school education and/or training preferred.


      Required Length & Type of Experience:
      • Two or more years in a customer service and/or sales-related role.
      • Prior experience with SAP is preferred.
      • Prior experience with Smartsheet


        Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
        • Excellent customer service & communication skills.
        • Working knowledge of Google platform: Sheets, Smartsheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail.
        • Ability to work independently. under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet rigorous deadlines.
        • Projects a professional disposition with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively for the purpose of explaining information to internal and external customers.
        • Strong attention to detail.
        • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities.


          Physical Demands:
          • The Employee may be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
          • The Employee may occasionally be required to transverse through office and/or manufacturing locations.
          • The Employee will frequently be required to actively listen and exchange information.
          • The Employee will be required to observe and assess information received via computer.
          • Requires frequent use of a computer and telephone.
          • Extended periods of sitting and/or standing.
          • Occasional lifting of 5 to 25 pounds.
          • Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motions.
          • Flexible to work overtime as needed.


            Work Environment:
            • Work environment is mainly an office setting with minimal exposure to loud noises or temperature changes
            • Some travel may be required based on business needs.
