Responsibilities:

Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
--- Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales
--- Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs
--- Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leads
--- Commission Based

Qualifications:

Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
--- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
--- Valid insurance license required OR WILLINGNESS TO OBTAIN
--- If unlicensed, the agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing course
