Pay: Salary + Uncapped Commission
An outside sales representative that is looking to work and succeed in a challenging and rewarding environment with a rapidly growing company. This individual will focus its main attention on generating revenue and new business while managing existing relationships within their territory.   JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • Represent the company in a positive, prepared, and respectful manner
    
  • Prospect, cold-call, and generate new business by developing a list of potential clients in traditional, and non traditional markets
    
  • Utilize company resources to strategically target certain accounts that are already identified by the company as a warm lead.
    
  • Visit customer job sites, businesses, and more
    
  • Document and notate daily activity with company provided CRM
    
  • Utilize company resources to prospect via phone and email
    
  • Develop, plan, and organize personal strategies to achieve company set goals
    
  • Identify the needs of your target market and be prepared to win, service, and maintain key accounts regardless of the competitive landscape
