WE ARE GROWING and we NEED YOU! -Due to growth, the Dave Friedman Team at Keller Williams is seeking a Real Estate Agent who is excited to grow their business in 2021! We have more qualified leads in the Greater -Charlotte, North Carolina and Rock Hill South Carolina market -than we can handle and therefore we need you! Have you hit a ceiling and trying to find your next step? We'd love to show you what the support of our team and it's lead partnerships -can do to your business to create -predictable success!

We subscribe to a "feed the hungry" mentality. So if you have closed -5+ homes in the last 12 months and are looking to close many more in 2021, we have an opportunity to discuss. Here is what we are looking for:

--- You have close 5+ homes
--- You know how to write a contract
--- You know how to use the MLS

--- You have a proven track record in negotiations and a high rate of closure
--- You -like and want to sell real estate

Responsibilities:

Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Qualifications:

Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
Team player who believes their success is the team's success
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
--- Strong Negotiating Skills
--- Communicate effectively
--- Hold an ACTIVE NC Real Estate License
--- Hold an ACTIVE SC Real Estate License (highly preferred)
