Position Summary
In 2018, Rimini Street announced the launch of its Application
Management Services (AMS) for Salesforce, providing services for
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud products.
Salesforce customers can now leverage Rimini Street's
award-winning, ultra-responsive services model to achieve greater
value from their Salesforce investment, while simplifying and
reducing costs of ongoing operations and critical production
support. These services enable Salesforce customers to benefit from
Rimini Street's proven 24x7x365 operational support with 15-minute
guaranteed response for urgent issues and critical production
support items. Additionally, Salesforce customers benefit from
tactical and strategic components of our AMS offering that includes
extensive Salesforce Configuration, User Administration, and
Proactive Services such as Best Practice Recommendations,
Strategies to Increase User Adoption, and Implementing Release
Notes.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales and Business
Development leader to who will partner with our Americas Direct
Sellers to drive growth initiatives for our Rimini Street
Application Management Services (AMS) for Salesforce. You will work
closely with Product and Marketing Teams in evangelizing our
Salesforce Services offering.The right candidate will have an
entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of quota
overachievement in the past 3 years.The ideal candidate will have
10+ years' experience selling / solutioning services for
Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Cloud,
Mulesoft), in North America (US, Canada) and Latin America.
