For more information, visit drivenbrands.com.Responsibilities:The National Mid-Market Sales Manager role is being established to focus on this B2B market area, which has enormous potential. Beginning with our quick lube & car wash business units, this role will have P&L responsibility for scaling & successfully implementing this important sub-segment of our business. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop a business plan suitable to meet provided sales and P&L targets
  • Travel as needed to follow leads, meet with prospects, conduct negotiations, & close deals
    • Travel will be based on your assessment of need & your results, but will likely range between 25% and 75%
    • Collaborate directly with internal relationship owners for Driven Brands in the Commercial, Fleet Management Company, & Local Fleet verticals to identify opportunities to growth this business segment while avoiding potential cross-channel issues
    • Develop a leads list with the help of marketing & business insights teams
    • Maintain a clean & accurate CRM documenting prospects and customers, important contacts within targets, sales funnel/pipeline status, and your interactions
    • Negotiate programs that provide favorable economics to both our franchised and company centers while generating high demand from targets
    • Work directly &/or indirectly with franchisees, managers, &/or staff at local centers to optimize their contributions & impact on the success of the program
    • Work directly with analytics & business insights teams to establish KPIs & produce effective reportingQualifications:Candidates likely to be considered & successful in this role will be those who:
