  • Fully remote workA Day in the Life of the Sales EngineerAs the Sales Engineer, you will collaborate daily with sales, engineering and marketing teams to improve and maintain service delivery to clients of this business. You will play a critical role in helping this company grow. You will participate in strategy meetings as well as demonstrations and meetings with clients. You will have the opportunity to observe and report on improvements that can be made across the board. You will customize dashboards for clients to streamline their experience.Significant hands on experience with speech and text analytics is a requirement for this positionResponsibilities include:
    • Partner with Sales and Engineering to understand the customer's business and technical requirements and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements
    • Assist sales team in qualifying leads while providing comprehensive product knowledge and strategy support
    • Help identify possible improvement on customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Assist in developing sales strategy and RFI/RFP responses that reflect the client's requirements and needs
    • Customize dashboards for clients to demonstrate use of product
    • Analyze and manipulate data sources for use in the product
    • Document and convey customer and partner requirements to Product Management teams
    • Work with the platform to uncover business insights within customer data sets and present business outcomes tied to the Stratifyd Platform
    • Facilitate client meetings and demo presentations
    • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basisQualifications
      • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferable at a SaaS analytics company
      • Preferred experience working directly with text analytics across a variety of data sources such as call transcripts, chats, email and surveys
      • Prior analytics experience supporting use cases related to customer experience, sales efficiency, and/or contact center (calls/chat/email) operations
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills
      • Creativity in approaching sales and building customer relationships
      • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
      • Computer proficiency and the ability to generate insights from a given data set
