As the Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the daily order entry and purchase process for the Business Unit's requirements. What you'll do on a typical day: Support PO creation, invoicing resolution, supplier management, customer service issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and pricing catalogs in Company Procure-to-Pay solution (currently Coupa) Support and provide weekly and monthly reporting for supplier spending, compliance, and savings calculation Enter savings figures in company's savings module Maintain and manage supplier contracts in company's online tool Support and lead sourcing projects for selected suppliers or categories Provide timely and appropriate generation and dissemination of information to management and other stakeholders What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree 1 year of related Coupa experience It'd be great if you also have: Coupa certification 3 years of related working experience in procurement practices Be part of something big. #LI-FM1 XPO provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies, including Disney, Pepsi, L'Oréal, Toyota and many others.
