What you'll do on a typical day: Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for current and future needs Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools Manage offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer acceptance or turn-downs, and all negotiations working with relevant business partners Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system Responsible for interview scheduling and logistics Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree 3 years of professional recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years supporting corporate functions and executive search 2 years of experience leading applicant tracking systems such as ICIMS, Taleo, or Success Factors Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite It'd be great if you also have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management Experience in the transportation/logistics/freight brokerage industry Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, and cold calling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills, ability to manage customer relationships and work in a large team environment Highly organized with proven ability to multitask Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills; solutions-oriented Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/working with business partners; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment Be part of something big.
