Job Summary:
A Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between
business needs and technical solutions. They analyze business
processes, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate the
implementation of effective solutions. Their role involves
collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and
ensuring that projects align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to
understand business needs and objectives.
Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical
requirements.
Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose
improvements.
Process Improvement Analyze current business processes and
workflows to identify bottlenecks.
Recommend and implement optimized solutions to improve efficiency
and productivity.
Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between business
stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice
versa.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure
alignment.
Data Analysis Analyze data trends to support decision-making.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track
business outcomes.
Project Support Assist in project planning, scoping, and
execution.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet
requirements.
Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for further
refinement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in
a related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g.,
JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g.,
Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced
environment.
