Job Description:
Senior Enterprise Architect--Senior Enterprise Architect for
Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte,
NCResponsibilities:-------Managing the production deployment for
more than 12 CRM applications for various Honeywell Strategic
business units.-----Reviewing the code and configuration for
Honeywell development guidelines and best practices.-----Scheduling
deployments as per the schedule allocated to each business
unit.-----Ensuring proper documentation and approvals are provided
by project teams before production deployments.-----Code is merged
and impact analysis is done.-----Configuring the release management
tool called opsera and creating the required infrastructure for
development teams to carry out seamless deployments.-----Liaison
with the Salesforce Project and Release Management Teams to assure
Business Requirements are met, as well as manage the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) Application user setup, user
engagement, and license usage.--ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:---Location:
Charlotte, NC---40 hours/week---Employee Referral Fee: $1500---If
offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOEYOU
MUST HAVE:Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or
foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or
a related field, and 8 years of experience. Full term of experience
must include: Salesforce CRM application; release management tools;
knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and DevOps; Manage all
aspects of the end-to-end release process; Release documentation,
communications, and training; Knowledge of Opsera release
management tool; provide a roadmap for releases; experience of
coordinating with different Development team and the business to
meet release objectives; experience of deploying multiple projects
in the same as well as different Salesforce orgs; Able to manage
different pipelines and access to bibucket and salesforce;
experience with Salesforce release management on an enterprise,
multi-org scale; proven ability to design and implement new
processes and facilitate user adoption; experience working with
Salesforce support team; experience managing the release processes
for business on-boarding projects and data migrations; experience
on Salesforce configurations like Custom object, fields, Object
Relationships, Apex classes, workflow Rule, Process Builder,
Validation Rule, Sharing Rule, Data security, Approval Process,
Page layout, Record Types, Data import export wizard, Data Loader
etc. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per
