What You'll Do:
- Loan Management: Assist in sourcing, managing, and closing
various loans, including development, acquisition, refinancing, and
corporate loans. Ensure seamless coordination and compliance with
all financial reporting requirements.
- Property Dispositions: Lead the charge in property sales by
selecting brokers, coordinating information requests, and managing
the disposition process.
- Asset Valuations: Evaluate commercial real estate appraisals
and review Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) requests, ensuring
accuracy and reliability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive
reports, including quarterly property reports, investor reports,
fund reports, and financial statements. Your work will be crucial
in keeping our stakeholders informed and satisfied.
- Tax Management: Collaborate with colleagues to review and
approve real estate taxes for our asset portfolio, ensuring
compliance and accuracy.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and market data,
providing insightful analysis for management and helping to inform
strategic decisions.
- Yardi Expertise: Utilize Yardi software to its fullest
potential, maintaining a strong working knowledge to obtain and
analyze critical financial information effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; Business
degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in finance, commercial real estate,
capital markets, or transaction management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office;
familiarity with various accounting and finance concepts,
practices, and procedures.
- Industry Knowledge: Commercial real estate or capital markets
experience preferred; transaction experience a plus.
