Job Description:

diversityWe are looking for an experienced, data-driven Sr.
Benefits Analyst to manage audit and compliance administration and
oversight for Honeywell benefit plans, which includes Health &
Insurance and Retirement. In this role, you are providing
operational support to standard work, delivering standardized and
self-service HR solutions, and driving digital transformation
initiatives forward. You will have a significant impact on
optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving
HR's digital transformation journey, ultimately contributing to the
success and effectiveness of Honeywell's overall operations.
Monitors operations and conducts regular audits of our benefit
records to ensure they follow current government law and
regulations in the U. S. and Puerto Rico, as well as with Honeywell
policies. Documents any issues and responds to any external
requests from regulatory bodies. Assists with audits and
preparations of annual filings, such as Form 5500s, PBGC Filings,
Schedule SSAs, and SARs. Works with internal and external partners
on compliance and other related matters. Leads a range of projects
that have high visibility and vary in scope and complexity for
ongoing work operations, compliance, and audits, including vendor
management to be in compliance with ACA. Participates in mergers
and acquisitions activities to ensure compliance. Drives continuous
improvement focusing on the key Honeywell initiatives of an
excellent user experience of Right & Fast. Must also stay up to
date with regulatory changes in the industry and help us transition
into the future as seamlessly as possible.Key
Responsibilities:---Provide end to end execution of compliance
processes, ensure up to date and accurate documentation, ensure
right and fast delivery of responses and opportunities for
improvement are identified.---Identify operational errors and areas
of weakness in plan operations, prepare audit reports and relevant
supporting documentation to present your findings and--
improvements to leadership. Assist with developing corrective
action strategies.---Research compliance escalations, leveraging
multiple data sources, conducting data analysis and communicating
findings.---Maintain a robust data intelligence infrastructure,
ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and timely sharing of
information among business professionals to support informed
decision making and drive business success.---Collaborate in
project planning, execution, and effective communication of
information throughout the organization to drive successful project
outcomes and facilitate seamless business operations.---Manage and
optimize HR processes and systems on a global scale, including
fostering cross-cultural collaboration, ensuring international HR
compliance, utilizing global HR systems and
technologies.---Exercise strong knowledge and resilience on
contemporary tech and applying it for system design and
deployment.---Partners with vendors, monitors US Benefits
compliance laws and regulation changes and partner with team to
determine impact.---Partner with Equifax to audit employee data to
ensure compliance with Affordable Care Act requirements to deliver
1095-C and 1094-C reporting.---Manage suppliers to ensure audit
completion, execution of reporting and filings, etc. such as,
Equifax, Crowe LLP, AON, KMPG, Conduent, New York Life, Principal,
Ny & NJ State, Fidelity, Broadridge and Northern Trust.YOU MUST
HAVE:---3 years of related HR risk/compliance/audit practices and
regulatory reporting experience.-------3 years proficient knowledge
in health and welfare and retirement benefit compliance and
familiarity with IRS and DOL rules.---3 years of project management
experience, including excellent planning, time management, decision
making and organizational skills. Exposure to difficult or complex
projects while managing multiple priorities.-----In-depth knowledge
of IRS/Department of Labor regulatory requirements and retirement
plan knowledge.---M & A experience preferred.---Excellent
analytical, statistical, and reporting skills.---Strong time
management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with high
accuracy.---Ability to understand how to analyze organizational
risk with applicable US, state, and municipal laws and
policies.---High attention to detail and a process improvement
mindset.---Strong written and documentation skills, ability to
communicate complex issues in a concise manner.---Ability to work
independently.---Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, and
troubleshooting skills.---Case management experience with
