Inventory Cycle Counter 1 st Shift Monday to Thursday 6:30 am to
5 pm Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm $16.00 to $18.00 per hourDo you have at

- 401 K with Company Match Inventory Cycle Counter Summary: The
Inventory Cycle Counter will play a crucial role in maintaining
accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts and audits
of our warehouse stock. This position requires strong attention to
detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work
efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Inventory
Cycle Counter Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy
and identify discrepancies.
- Perform physical inventory counts in various areas of the
warehouse according to predetermined schedules.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts
and system records.
- Document and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and
shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory control
procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to coordinate counting
activities and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
- Utilize inventory management software and handheld devices to
record count results and update inventory records.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and
logistics, to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely
replenishment of stock.
- Participate in inventory reconciliation processes during
month-end and year-end closing periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety
guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation
activities as needed.Inventory Cycle Counter Required Education,
Knowledge & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical
education or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering
is preferred.
- 2-3 years in a Inventory Control or Cycle Counting role.
- Proven experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or
warehouse operations.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and handheld
devices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or
abnormalities in components.
- Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems
and basic office software.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as tape
measures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and
prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and practices in a
manufacturing or industrial setting.Inventory Cycle Counter
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently
safely and successfully within the ADA, FMLA and other federal,
state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or
quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly in person and on
telephone and with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.
- Lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Constant outside, climbing, walking, standing, bending,
squatting, pushing, pulling, crawling, and kneeling.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus. Work Environment:Manufacturing work
environment that has frequent exposure to fumes or airborne
particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical
