• Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyWhat you will do:You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing manufacturing processes and methods required for a premier HVAC manufacturing facility. Key duties include leading and/or participating on projects that increase plant capacity, reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce job hazards, and /or improve product quality.How you will do it:
  • Processing engineering change requests
  • Trouble-shooting production problems
  • Assist in trouble-shooting assembly & fabrication equipment
  • Optimizing work-station layout
  • Justifying, specifying, and installing equipment
  • Introducing new products (BOM scrubbing, Manufacturing Trial Lots, Assist in Training, and work with Design Engineering on Production Issues related to Design for Manufacturing).
  • Creating and maintaining Bill of Materials and Routings (Assembly and Fabrication).
  • Supporting and/or leading Lean projects.What we look for:Required
    • Degree in Engineering or other related manufacturing discipline.
    • Internship and collegiete experience OR 1- 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering experience within industry
