Take the leap now!Job DetailsWe are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction activities, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and with a strong focus on safety and quality.Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects, collaborating with the project manager to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring their timely involvement and delivery of high-quality work.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of project details, proactively identifying and addressing any challenges that may arise, and providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including time sheets, daily reports, equipment reports, toolbox talks, and three-week plans.
• Foster effective communication with owners, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project's duration.
• Carefully review and assess submittals, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently manage teams and facilitate effective project coordination.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a proven track record in water/wastewater projects.
  • Valuable asset: Hands-on experience in concrete work, showcasing the ability to self-perform.
