We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Industrial Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of mechanical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities and maximizing their productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or questions. Provide professional and courteous customer service, offering recommendations for system improvements, energy-saving measures, and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and diagnostic tests to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems. Repair or replace defective parts, troubleshoot malfunctions, and adjust equipment settings as needed.
• System Upgrades and Modifications: Assess existing mechanical systems and propose and implement upgrades or modifications to improve performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. This may involve retrofitting or replacing outdated equipment or integrating new technologies.
• Emergency Service: Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently. Diagnose and resolve critical system failures to minimize downtime and restore normal operations.
• Equipment Installation: Install, assemble, and set up a wide range of commercial and industrial mechanical systems and equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, controls, and related components.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing installations, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed. Prepare detailed reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and work completed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure comprehensive documentation and timely reporting.
  
  Basic Qualifications:
  
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience working with Commercial or Industrial HVAC as a Technician
  • Valid driver's license.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, controls, and associated equipment.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical systems.
    • Technical or vocational training in mechanical systems or a related field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Effective communication and customer service skills.
