Job Description Position Purpose : As the Data Analyst role, you will be joining a fast-paced environment as an integral part of the Salesforce Data Clean-up team and will be involved in CRM daily operational activities. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced Sales & Customer Service professionals, providing support to our new Customer Relationship Management software business environment. As an active participant, you will gain exposure supporting CHEP Pallecon, a leading Global Supply Chain business and assist the organization in achieving its goals and objectives towards future CRM software implementations. Major/Key Accountabilities: Facilitate the outreach, gathering & documentation of detailed requirements from end-users (Internal/External) and develop CRM project management documentation. Maintaining & Updating the customer profile database within the global CHEP Salesforce platform. Uncovering and tracking CRM Data errors and working alongside the Commercial and Master Data Teams to resolve the issues; providing regular updates to the business. Meet and interact with variety of internal and external stakeholders to obtain a greater understanding of the business needs as part of customer data collection and CRM updates. Document business processes by working with business teams (leveraging existing requirement documentation and/or creating new documentation as necessary). Assist in the collection of inventory balances to help with the implementation of CHEP's new inventory system. Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to work with large data sets and extract required information in an organized format. Ability to have positive and educated communication with external customers. Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Willingness to learn new tools and functional processes. Strong problem solving, prioritization and organization skills with the ability to manage competing tasks. Excellent communication skills to interface with all business users. Innovative thinker that can develop creative solutions to complex business problems, who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player that works wells with individuals & thrives in a complex, global organization with a track record of meeting deadlines. Ability to hold oneself accountable to staying on task in a remote setting.
