Members.Maintenance Technician TraineeThe Maintenance Trainee is
designed to develop PM Mechanics for Niagara Bottling s Maintenance
department. A Maintenance Trainee will learn the skills necessary
to act as a PM Mechanic through hands-on training and Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) courses. This position will report to
the Maintenance Supervisor.Essential FunctionsThe Maintenance
Trainee will complete the learning objectives of a 18-24-month
training program to be able to:Shadow and learn from Operators, PM
Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, and Sr. Maintenance
TechniciansTravel to out-of-state mandatory OEM trainings and apply
learnings upon returning to the plantPerform on-demand maintenance
and repair of the following equipment in the manufacturing
facility:Injection MolderBlow
MolderFillerCapperLabelerPackerPalletizerConveyorsComplete daily
responsibilities assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or assigned
direct supervisor Explain and demonstrate accomplishment of the
learning objectives for each learning activity in both theory and
practiceUpon successful completion of the Maintenance Trainee
program, the participant will be placed into a full-time position
as a PM Mechanic.Please note this job description is not designed
