Location :Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

Seeking Sr Business Analyst (Retirement Plan 403b or 401k) in financial services to join our Charlette ,NC (locals preferred / on-site 3days a week hybrid ) team, long-term .

Mandatory Skills:

7+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in retirement Insurance with 2+ years.
Loans and Transfer related to Retirement (403b or 401k).
Retirement industry knowledge focusing on Defined Contribution Plans including 401k, 403b and other plan types
Retirement plan experience is a MUST (401k, 403b, 457)
Should have thorough understanding of various SDLC models with knowledge & exposure in the functional areas of underwriting, policy administration
Should be able to carry out independent and extensive requirement analysis for retirement insurance product by linking various existing design documentation.
Should be able to link different business components or designs and derive comprehensive business understanding for high quality designs.
