As the Manager, Procurement (Coupa System Administration), you will be responsible for the system, strategy and leading our guided buying system and process transformation. The position will be the primary liaison across all functional groups for the support of the Coupa Procure to Pay platform. This position must provide exceptional guidance in the areas of application support, process governance and improvement, data analysis and retrieval, report generation and general application activities. The leader will apply industry best practices for system enhancements, process efficiencies, guided buying opportunities and continuous improvement. This position will work to optimize the system with the end customer in mind to ensure Coupa is user friendly and seamlessly guides the user to the optimal buying channel and supplier while ensuring process compliance. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for advanced Coupa application administration including global system configuration and design
  • Test and implement new system enhancements with the end customer in mind to ensure Coupa has a robust user experience
  • Enable supplier buying channels related to catalogs, forms, and punch-out catalogs
  • Identify areas for process improvement to optimize current configuration
  • Lead workstreams as it relates to future module or location deployments including, but not limited to, supplier enablement, change management, testing, training, etc.
  • Participate in best practice sharing sessions with other Coupa customers to identify areas of opportunity
  • Actively engage with the Coupa Community to stay up to date with existing Coupa features, capabilities, and system limitations
    • Research additional modules or tools that are available to aid in guided buying to guide users to the correct supplier and/or buying channel
      • Be a champion to expand the utilization of Coupa throughout the company and effectively communicate the value of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platformWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:
        • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
        • Coupa Platform Certification is strongly preferred
        • 5 years relevant work experience in sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, accounting or related field
        • 3 years' experience with configuration and implementation of enterprise P2P tools (Coupa or equivalent platforms)
        • Coupa knowledge with a desire to continuously learn about system features and functionality
        • Proven ability to lead a team and develop people
        • Excellent oral and written communications skills in both technical and non-technical situationsIt'd be great if you also have:
          • Coupa Platform Certification is strongly preferred
            • Experience in Procure-to-Pay Process Transformation
            • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with the ability to influence and impact results at multiple levels of the organization
            • Ability to develop strategic plans and the necessary execution
            • Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills with a proactive nature and hands-on approach
            • Ability to work quickly and under pressure in a real-time, global environment and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision
            • A high degree of independent thinking and initiative.
