Inside the RoleAs part of the Cleveland CTS team, you are
responsible for assembling and installing truck components. The
candidate for this position will have a passion for process
improvements, a keen eye to detail, and love numbers. Leading with

assistance.What you Drive at DTNA
- Assembles or installs standard mechanical assemblies,
sub-assemblies or systems
- Works from shop aids, drawings, customer specifications,
engineering, and production specifications.
- Visually checks parts for obvious defects and damage
- Selects and assembles pieces in a predetermined order based on
documentation
- Positions, mounts and fastens items to specific locations
- Verifies completion of work
- This position has the responsibility of performing any of the
flowing jobs within the work group: Completing electrical,
mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems installations with the
assistance of documentation
- Complete Tech I duties in the event there is not enough Tech II
work available
- Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement
measures introduced to the job.
- Cross train on other jobs as requiredKnowledge You Should Bring
- Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and
supporting power tools, able to stand on concrete for entire shift
with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting
up to 45 pounds
- This job requires working periodically under a chassis and
reaching above your head for extended periods of time.
- Must be a positive role model to be eligible
- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to
analyze and solve production, quality, and engineering issues
- Must have strong computer skills and ability to effectively
communicate with customers, vendors, dealers and other
employees
- Must be able to access and understand assembly prints
- Must be willing to work overtime as required
- Must work in a safe manner and maintain a clean work area

- Previous experience in a manufacturing automotive
environment.
