COMMITTED. CAPABLE.Job PurposeTradeMark Residential is looking for a talented leasing consultant and sales professional to join our team in our Charlotte Location. In this role you will get to be proactive in the marketing and leasing of Property.Essential Duties

• Manage portfolio of leases for potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate property viewings & follow-ups to prospective clients in a persuasive manner through evaluating clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule lease applications, and adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
  • Prepare all lease-related paperwork including validating application information and references.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic.
  • Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
  • Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections on a regular basis to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned by Property and/or General Manager.Qualifications
    • Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant
    • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
    • Proven track record of successful sales
    • Basic understanding of MS Office
    • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
    • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
