Description The Business Analyst chosen for this position will be responsible for leading the overall changes needed across our client's operating model to support their digital transformation. The incumbent will be responsible for influencing senior level leadership across the firm's infrastructure to drive a collaborative and successful team that enables an efficient and effective integration. This position will work with leaders and teams across the organization to proactively identify, track, and solve for dependencies and to address issues reactively as they become known. Requirements Preferred Qualifications:+ Proven leader with an optimal mix of technical and business acumen. Has the ability to influence, guide, counsel senior leadership on strategy & goal attainment+ Hands on experience leading large transformation efforts with a focus on process reengineering+ Embraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the form's technology transformation+ Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. Has experience in internal innovation including activities such as innovation centers, hackathons and coding katas+ Fosters a culture of empowerment, engineering excellence, and growth within the team+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills+ Ability to influence individuals across all levels of the organization.
