Job Description:

The Construction Renovation Technician will be responsible for completing assigned value-add apartment renovations at their assigned community to the predetermined scope, schedule and standard.

Responsibilities:

• Performs various technical functions to prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition on communities including but not limited to: plumbing, plumbing fixtures, hardware, ceiling fans, counter tops, cabinet doors, appliances, blinds.
  
• Partners with the Service Manager and Property Manager on a daily basis to complete and update the market-ready schedule.
  
• Manages large scale unit turn process which includes performance of "in house" work.
  
• Helps manage the flow of information to ensure the Regional Manager team and the on-suite team are aware of business issues specific to the unit renovation operation. This includes checking large orders, keeping up with or staying ahead of schedules and communicating delays immediately.
  
• Must be able to work independently or in a group setting.
  
• Follows all safety and liability guidelines.
