You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of remediation services, including assessing, cleaning, and disposing of materials in homes and businesses.

Our ideal candidate has great communication skills, excellent physical strength, and stamina, and is proficient with using hand and power tools. Excellent opportunity to learn a new trade. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

Tidy up salvageable items and property and safely store them away
Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space
Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage
--- Demo and clean affected building materials per IICRC standards
--- Provide moisture control and mold remediation solutions in crawlspaces
--- Clean HVAC air ducts via NADCA standards
--- Provide superior customer service

Qualifications:

Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must
Applicant must be skilled in using hand and power tools


A high school diploma or GED is required
Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments
