About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within Strategy, Digital, and Innovation. This individual will support Innovation Operations on the Risk Management team to ensure the Innovation and Product Operations organization meets its -regulatory, risk, compliance, and control requirements -in a timely manner.   • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Support the business in oversight and execution of key strategic priorities, objectives and key results for the team and the leaders of the organization. -
  • Support, manage and execute front line Operational Risk program activities by engaging, supporting, collaborating and/or coordinating with partners across Innovation and Product Operations and SDI
  • Ensure relevant policy and program requirements are understood and appropriately implemented within Innovation and Product Operations while mitigating the related risks.
  • Develop, implement and monitor risk-based programs in the business to assist in identifying, assessing and mitigating any operational risk that arises from inadequate or ineffective controls
  • Work with complex business units, providing operational risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk
  • Maintain a holistic view of activities across the business including monitoring and reporting on Operational Risk program governance routines and issues. -
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business, driving the right outcomes based on business needs and ensure issues are proactively identified, addressed appropriately, measured, and escalated

  • Provide guidance to less experienced consultantsRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Understanding of Strategy, Digital & Innovation business operations, processes, products, and customer interactions and where they manifest risk
      • Highly motivated with an organized work style and the ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
      • Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and confidently raise issues, escalate early and engage in constructive credible challenge -
      • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
      • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task, handle multiple assignments, and prioritize one's own work
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) skills
      • Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessionsJob expectations:
        • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
