For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at . In this role, you will:

  • Partner and collaborate with the Affirmative Action team on the delivery of Affirmative Action plans.
  • Consult with Affirmative Action team and key partners on opportunities for improvement by soliciting feedback and identifying ways to create efficiencies.
  • Review/prepare/compile materials for delivery of goals and goals progress delivery
  • Serve as a liaison with external legal counsel regarding Affirmative Action plans
  • Assist in pulling, reviewing and summarizing internal data requests as needed
  • Coordinate work across the Affirmative Action team (I.e. plan delivery , special projects)
  • Promote education, awareness and a commitment to Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity & Inclusion
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Lead project work for the Affirmative Action team
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for Affirmative Action within Talent Acquisition
  • Provide work direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications, US:
    • 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Knowledge and understanding of human resources including prior Affirmative Action and/or Diversity Equity and Inclusion Experience
      • Ability to deliver results with speed and agility
      • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
      • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment
      • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
      • Ability to manage initiatives including: detailed planning, process management, and documentation
      • Ability to manage medium sized projects
      • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
      • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
      • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
      • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
