Job DescriptionJohnson Volvo Cars Charlotte has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Automotive Detail Technician! Johnson Automotive has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and first-class operation by hiring top performers that are eager to elevate our guest's experiences..Responsibilities Include (yet are not limited to):• Wash vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows;• Wax, polish and buff exterior;• Shampoo and vacuum seats, carpets, trunk, cargo area and other upholstery;• Clean engine and engine compartments;• Remove defects and swirls;• Clean and prepare all sold vehicles for guests;• Other duties as assigned by management..Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• A minimum of 2 – 3 years of Automotive Detailing experience is required;• Ability to properly maintain tools and products while diligently following safety guidelines;• Must be self-motivating and work well in a team environment;• A valid driver's license and a clear driving record;• Ability to meet company's employment requirements including a clean criminal background and drug screen.• Must be detail orientated and have excellent time management skills;• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs;• Have the ability to sit, stand, walk and drive a vehicle for extended periods of time;• A flexible work schedule as designated by management including the ability to work some Saturdays and evenings..Benefits:· Medical and prescription coverage· Basic life insurance, 401(k) with company match· Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service· Advancement Opportunities.Johnson Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.'TAG2 = Service
