Job Description Job Description Salary: The Role We are looking
for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead
the marketing strategy for the F1 Experiences program. This role is
both strategic and executional: you will set marketing direction
while also managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across
digital, content, paid media, and partnerships. As the steward of
the F1 Experiences brand, you will oversee all communication
channels and marketing systems, ensuring cohesive storytelling,
impactful engagement, and measurable growth all tying back to
aggressive sales targets. This role is highly collaborative,
working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product
Development teams, while also managing relationships with external
vendors and partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns. Reports to
Director of Marketing Responsibilities Own day-to-day project
management of campaigns and initiatives, collaborating across
content, paid media, and creative teams to deliver seamless
execution. Lead the development of marketing strategies and goals
for F1 Experiences programs in partnership with the Marketing
Director. Manage Formula 1 partner relationships, overseeing asset
approvals, campaign alignment, and long-term strategies to grow the
F1 Experiences program. Cultivate external partnerships with teams,
sponsors, venues, and global sales agent networks, ensuring timely
delivery of marketing assets and activations. Drive brand growth by
building awareness, elevating market positioning, and expanding
audience engagement. Leverage data-driven insights (e.g., site
performance, VTLs, customer acquisition cost, LTCs, lifetime value)
to inform decision-making and optimize performance. Develop and
manage large-scale client presentations, oversee research, content
creation, and design in collaboration with the Creative team.
Report regularly to leadership and to Formula 1, providing
insights, performance reviews, and recommendations to advance
collective objectives. Identify and activate new marketing
opportunities that align with departmental goals and long-term
strategy. Basic Requirements Minimum 5 years experience with an
excellent understanding of digital performance marketing,
storytelling, and content writing. Solid knowledge of ad-tech and
marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, content
management systems, Salesforce, and GA4. Knowledge and experience
working in or around Formula 1, its events, and fan culture.
