Associate The Opportunity Pillar4 Media is seeking an SEO, AI, &
Audience Growth Associate to join its fast-growing team. Pillar4's

engine connecting consumers directly to the best brands in all four
pillars of health and wellness: sleep, fitness, nutrition, and
mental health. What You'll Be Doing Support audience development
and visibility strategies across our portfolio of health and
wellness websites, including traditional search, AI-powered
platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.), and emerging
discovery channels Drive content execution in close collaboration
with editorial and video teams, conducting keyword and topic
research, competitive gap analysis, and audience intent mapping to
inform strategic content plays that grow reach, engagement, and
business value across all channels where our audiences discover
information Analyze organic search and AI visibility landscapes to
identify authority and trust gaps, partnering with cross-functional
teams to build campaigns that establish our brands as credible,
authoritative sources Identify and execute on technical site
improvements that enhance user experience, accessibility, and
discoverability in collaboration with design and product
stakeholders Research, test, and evaluate on-page, off-page, and
emerging channel experiments (including AI citation optimization
and brand mention strategies) with intentionality and rigor Measure
and report on multi-channel performance, uncovering deep insights
across content, revenue, authority signals, and technical metrics
to make proactive, data-driven decisions that improve visibility
and drive the P&L Champion audience-first thinking by
understanding where and how users seek information, adapting
strategies to meet them on their preferred platforms Lead by
example, support your teammates, and contribute to a collaborative,
inclusive culture What You Bring 1-3 years of work experience in
SEO, audience development, content strategy, or digital marketing
(agency or in-house) Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and
making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data Ability
to manipulate data in spreadsheets and present insights and
recommendations to senior team members regularly Fluency in
Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Beginner or intermediate
experience with analytics and research tools (may include Google
Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs,
SEMRush, or similar platforms - willingness to learn new tools is
essential) Strong collaboration skills and experience working
across functional groups including editorial, promotions/outreach,
development, design, CRO, and others Intellectual curiosity about
how audiences discover and consume content across evolving
platforms and technologies Adaptability and enthusiasm for a
fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing
priorities and deadlines Competitive drive, growth mindset, and
