The right candidate has an acute attention to detail and an inquisitive mind to challenge the status quo.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and champion opportunities to automate Infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, script repetitive tasks, move legacy workloads into Kubernetes and write excellent documentation.Support and improve the engineering platform and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline containing technologies such as Azure PaaS, Kubernetes/Docker containers, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus, and moreDiscovers and architects automated solutions to manual or inefficient processes and proceduresProvides escalated technical guidance and support to other technology teams throughout the organizationImprove site reliability through the implementation of detailed telemetry, based on leading and trailing indicatorsEnsure all solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organizationIdentify opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of documentation and runbooksProvides on-call coverage for IT operational support and other duties as requiredRequirementsBS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceExpert with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies using Terraform, configuration management such as Ansible and any scripting language such as Python, Bash, Powershell and GolangExpert in cloud-based compute, storage, and containerization solutions (Azure & Kubernetes preferred)Expert in Microsoft technologies such as Azure IaaS and Windows Server Core/2019+Expert in Linux server systems administration such as RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, and DebianExpert in traditional and PaaS web application technologies such as Azure Web Apps, IIS, application load balancingProficiency with the Agile methodology, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM and/or ITIL principlesBenefitsCompetitive salary - $100,000-$120,000Employer sponsored health, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement plan with company contributionAnnual company profit sharingPersonal development/training budgetOpen, collaborative work environmentExtensive 2-week onboarding planComprehensive mentorship program#LI-Remote#LI-PL1TherapyNotes, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
