Below are the position details: Job Title: Senior Product Designer Location: Ideally based in Charlotte, NC (Onsite 1 day a week) or Remote with travel as requiredContract Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional designs that elevate the healthcare experience for a diverse range of users, including patients and healthcare providers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring innovative solutions to life. Key Responsibilities: User-Centered Design: Create intuitive and impactful designs that address the needs of various stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Collaborative Ideation: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to brainstorm and refine ideas, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Prototyping and Visualization: Quickly visualize concepts through sketches, wireframes, and lo-fi prototypes to facilitate discussions and guide the design process. On-Site Immersion: Occasionally visit on-site locations to gain a deep understanding of operational workflows, pain points, and user experiences. Iterative Design Process: Continuously refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user studies, ensuring that final products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics. Design Systems and Style Guides: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms. Required Qualifications: Experience: Over 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on creating digital solutions for enterprise environments. Tools Proficiency: Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, with the ability to build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs. Technical Skills: Fluent in the architecture of site maps, interaction models, UX patterns, and design systems. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify and solve design challenges in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Communication: Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and present design concepts. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing requirements. Nice to Have: Industry Experience: Experience in the food industry or healthcare digital products. Advanced Visualization: Knowledge of translating complex information into clear and effective visual designs.
