within America's defined contribution system.TSP Consolidation
Specialist:Hourly Salary: $21 per hour plus shift differential,
Monday thru Friday 9a to 6p. Occasional overtime required.Annual
Bonus Potential: % of annual base salary, prorated from date of
hire and subject to terms and conditions.Job Summary:The TSP
Consolidation Specialist will assist the participant in all facets
of the consolidation process through inbound contacts and outbound
follow up. They will utilize a consultative approach to determine
the needs of the participant and utilize a course of action that
best suits those needs. This position will be responsible for
owning the entire consolidation process from start to finish
through effective communication, follow through, and case
management.Essential Functions and Basic Duties:Ability to use
consultative discussions to guide participants through a detailed
process.Effectively manage all leads through a leads management
tool. Must make outbound calls and follow up with participants in a
timely manner.Provide detailed notes and documentation on a
participant's account to ensure seamless interactions.Ability to
access information from a variety of sources and articulate the
rollover and consolidation process steps to participants in a
succinct and professional manner.Serve as liaison between
participants and Customer Service departments at other financial
institutions and pre-fill all required paperwork.Perform
back-office support of the rollover and roll-in process by managing
and monitoring transactions and interacting with third parties
involved in the money movement process as required.Work
cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships
within the organization.Display a positive, helpful attitude and be
participant-oriented with the ability to listen, elicit, educate,
and communicate with different personalities and skill levels via
telephone and email.Perform other duties as may be assigned.Perks

Qualifications--- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is
