Join us!Job Description:With supervision from Sr. Product Owner/Sr. Business Analyst, this role is responsible for driving the delivery of technology initiatives for Financial Crimes tools by defining and prioritizing deliverables in the product book of work and articulating this to both business stakeholders and technology development teams. This role will also be responsible for performing research to drive business decisions, diagnose problems and recommend action plans to remediate issues, inclusive of leveraging database level tools such as SQL.Global Financial Crimes is looking for a Product Owner for its Derived Authorized Data Source (Derived ADS). The GFC Derived ADS consists of both Financial Crimes and Front Line Unit Data and supports the GFC Transaction Monitoring Program.With supervision from the Product Manager, this role is responsible for driving the delivery of technology initiatives for financial crimes tools by defining and prioritizing deliverables in the product book of work and articulating this to business stakeholders and technology development teams. This role is also responsible for performing research that drives business decisions, diagnoses problems and recommends action plans to remediate issues leveraging SQL skills.The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and directing product design and delivery to align with end user needs/wants for Global Financial Crimes Transaction Monitoring applications, with guidance from Product Managers. More specifically, this role is responsible for maximizing the value for a product. Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment.Skills:

  • Test EngineeringKey Responsibilities:--- With some guidance, create the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain.--- Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team--- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems--- Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams--- With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog--- Facilitates team planning ceremonies against backlog/prioritized work.Required Qualifications:--- Ability to identify, escalate and communicate issues and progress to senior management in an effective and succinct manner--- Proficient in SQL and other analytics tools--- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies as well as product management and/or product owner experience.--- Maintain general awareness of testing practices for user acceptance for technology changes.--- Demonstrates ability to identify root causes to solve complex problemsDesired Qualifications:--- SAFE Agile Product Manager Certification (or equivalent)--- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations--- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification--- Issues management experience, with an ability to clearly identify problems and drive solutionsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
