The Onboarding, Implementation, and Project Management
Specialist is responsible for overseeing the systems and processes
for onboarding new agents, assisting new associates with rebranding
and implementation, and managing company-wide project initiatives.
This role involves the coordination of the company calendar,
ensuring the timely and efficient scheduling of projects, meetings,
and events. The specialist also plays a vital role in managing
recognition and success programs for agents across various
communication channels and maintains documentation and reports for
both agent and company performance. Part of this responsibility
includes ensuring the accuracy and current status of the company
Additionally, the specialist is tasked with training new hires in
brand and project management, working closely with senior
leadership to support all areas of the business, and actively
participating as a collaborative team member. This role requires
developing, updating, and overseeing project plans to ensure the
successful execution of programs and initiatives. A critical aspect
of this position is the evaluation of the effectiveness of internal
systems and processes, making necessary adjustments to foster
organizational growth and efficiency in project and calendar
