BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Senior Director of Business Analysis you'll provide strategic leadership to all aspects of the business analytics function. This role provides insight into business performance and suggests areas for and methods of improving operations. Your expertise will drive long-term business analytics strategy to address complex business needs. WHAT OUR SR. DIRECTORS OF BUSINESS ANALYSIS ENJOY MOST Collaborating with business leaders to analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align business functions with organizational goals Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) most critical to business performance and operational design solutions Providing a framework for data and reporting methodology in proposing new strategies for successful business changes Directing large-scale analytical projects through all stages including concept formulation, statistical methodology determination, and implementation Analyzing external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable recommendations to management Recommending improvements accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology In this role you'll work in an office setting, independently as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. On a given day you'll collaborate with executives and various departments to identify and meet various information needs.
