help us make the future?The IT Search Architect will be responsible
for managing, maintaining, and supporting our Elastic search platform, ensuring
its optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy. This role is critical in
ensuring seamless functionality of our search infrastructure for both our
internal stakeholders and our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Maintenance & Support: Monitor Elasticsearch cluster health/performance and troubleshoot related issues. Offer on-call support for critical incidents.Configuration & Deployment: Manage and scale Elasticsearch clusters, deploying updates and patches as necessary.Collaboration & Integration: Partner with development teams for Elasticsearch integration and align platform practices with IT/security teams.Performance Tuning: Optimize search capabilities, conduct performance tests, and adjust for increasing data volumes.Documentation & Training: Maintain platform documentation and offer training to users and internal teams.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Elasticsearch features and suggest platform improvements.YOU MUST HAVEElastic search platform or/and website search experienceEffective communication and change management skillsDeep understanding of technology practices with strong business acumen and customer focus Proven experience in supporting and managing Elasticsearch or other search platforms.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to search platforms.Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.Familiarity with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is an advantage.Knowledge in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, etc.Additional Information
