We rise above industry standards when every associate embraces their unique role and seizes the opportunity to make an impact.What you'll do to make a difference:As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with monthly/quarterly site bonus, annual corporate bonus and annual pay increase processes; Assisting in data collection for participation of external compensation/salary surveys;--Supporting the audit, and administration of the Company's benefits portfolio;--Ensuring bi-weekly payroll audits are completed for various compensation elements and work with leaders to make corrections when needed; Assisting with new hire orientation presentations; and supporting associates with compensation and benefits inquiries, enrollments, and potential changes.What we can offer you:--- Opportunities for career growth--- Total rewards benefits package--- Family health insurance, 401(k) match, Vacation, Personal Days, and Sick time--- Customized training programs--- Associate referral bonus plan--- Diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment--- A culture that empowers you to make a differenceWhat you bring to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related discipline required.
  • SPHR, PHR, CEBS certification or CBP designation preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated and applicable HR/benefits/compensation experience in a multi-state, multi-facility program.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, inclusive of experience in communicating Benefit and Compensation programs.
    • Knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500 filings and other related state and federal regulations, and reporting requirements.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Workday as well as other related web-based tools required.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
