Global Integrated Supply Chain manufacturing excellence organization designs
and enables our factories to drive world-class operational performance to
deliver products that delight our customers. This is a high-visibility position
in a winning team!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • --As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will lead, promote, and facilitate the adoption of
    lean 6 six sigma principles,--operating system processes and
    tools,--embedding them into ISC culture.
  • Collaborating with SBG manufacturing excellence stakeholders to
    understand operational improvement opportunities, you will develop and
    implement high impact applications for lean six sigma and scale across 150+
    Honeywell factories, driving higher levels of quality, productivity, throughput
    and increased
  • You will develop and play a hands-on role in the transformation
    plan, ensuring--robust, sustainable lean 6 sigma process, owning the
    execution (impact, timeline,--and dependencies) and SQDICP process
    performance. Coaching, educating and developing lean 6 six sigma--skills, competencies,
    and--organizational effectiveness.
  • Engaging, collaborating with, and influencing all functions to
    ensure the lean six sigma strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported
    by the appropriate stakeholders. You will build strong relationships with the
    key functional leaders to align improvement initiatives with business strategy.
    You must have good communication and presentation skills and be able to work
    across all levels of the organization.
  • Geographic
    location:--Charlotte NC with up to 60% travelYOU
    MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or
      related technical field
    • Experience with Digital Manufacturing
      tools and technology and change management
    • A track record of operational improvement
      through lean six sigma principles and tools,
      value stream maps and technology implementation at a discrete
      manufacturing company
    • 5+ years manufacturing experience including process design, new product / process introduction, standard work definition and SQDICP improvement
    • Strong facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills applied across matrixed internal and external teams
    • For Export compliance, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent residentWE VALUE
      • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or
        related technical field
      • Proven ability to take responsibility for leading,
        directing, and managing change.
      • Can determine a vision of the future state
        and provides direction, focus and drive during the change process
      • Demonstrates a hands-on, energetic, accountable, and
        hardworking style
      • Customer-focused approach to operations management
        which supports growth and innovation, and which requires enhanced
        communication and cooperation
      • Self-starter capable of making good decisions
      • Strong organizational and leadership skills in an
        international environment with the ability to lead and drive projects to
        completion
      • Metric-oriented with strong analytical skills and the
        ability to comprehend broad sets of data (including financial);
        technically astute; demonstrated history to act on analysis and drive
